Welcome to The Human Experience Academy (“the Academy”), operated by Odyssey & Co, LLC, a limited liability company registered in Florida. By accessing or using our services, including memberships, online programs, or one-time purchases (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to access any program or membership. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Payment & Billing
Memberships:

• Subscription fees are charged monthly (or as specified during sign-up).

• Memberships automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

• Refunds are not provided after payment, except where required by law.

One-Time Purchases (e.g., FOUNDATIONS Program):

• Payment is collected at the time of purchase.

• Refunds are not provided except where required by law.

• Access to purchased content is granted upon payment confirmation and is non-transferable.

Cancellation:

• You may cancel memberships at any time via your account settings.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Account & Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including username and password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• Access to content is based on your membership or purchase level and is for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Content Ownership & Usage

• All content (videos, worksheets, audio, and other materials) is the property of the Academy and protected by copyright.

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal use only.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or share content outside the Academy without written permission.

User-Submitted Content:

• By submitting content (stories, questions, feedback), you affirm that it is original or that you have obtained necessary rights.

• You agree to indemnify the Academy against any copyright or intellectual property disputes arising from your submissions.

5. Member Conduct
You agree to:

• Not disrupt or interfere with the Academy’s operations.

• Not post or submit inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content.

• Use Services responsibly and respectfully.

6. Termination
By You: Cancel at any time through your account settings; access continues until the end of your billing cycle.
By Us: The Academy may suspend or terminate your access at its discretion for:

• Violation of these Terms

• Disruptive or harmful behavior

• Actions interfering with Academy operations or staff

• Any reason deemed necessary to protect the Academy, its members, or content

No refunds will be issued upon termination unless required by law.
7. Disclaimers

• Not Therapy or Professional Advice: Academy content is educational only and not a substitute for professional advice or treatment.

• No Accreditation: The Academy is not accredited; materials do not provide academic credit or professional certification.

• No Guarantee of Results: Progress depends on your effort and application; outcomes are not guaranteed.

• Accuracy of Information: While we aim to provide accurate content, the Academy is not responsible for errors, omissions, or applicability to individual situations.

8. Limitation of Liability & Hold Harmless

• The Academy is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using Services.

• By using the Academy, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Academy, its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of Services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright Compliance

• All Academy content is owned or properly licensed.

• You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute content without written consent.
